HomeStar Remodeling is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating office operations, scheduling, and customer outreach to drive growth for our Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor office operations to ensure daily requirements are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and motivate staff towards office objectives.
• Collaborate with directors and supervisors to continuously improve performance.
• Oversee completion of special projects as needed.
• Answer telephones and handle outbound calls or emails to prospects/customers.
• Record contact details, purchases, and responses from prospects.
• Manage call flow to current and prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives with potential customers.
• Run reports as needed and provide clerical support to supervisors and director.
