What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

  • You will have the satisfaction of ensuring excellent resident care by coordinating reliable and adequate schedules based on staffing guidelines.
  • Communicate in a positive and professional manner to staff and management about all aspects of scheduling needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years prior healthcare or office experience and previous experience in long-term care preferred.
  • Current CNA or QMA certification preferred.
