Job summary

Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking a Hospital Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator to support Nursing Managers with clerical and scheduling duties.

Responsibilities include developing and posting schedules, maintaining timekeeping records and payroll in Kronos, and ensuring licensure information for temporary staff is current. Prior hospital scheduling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Must have clerical/administrative experience. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Must have hospital scheduling or equivalent experience.
• Must be computer literate. Word processing experience is preferred.

Position Purpose:
