Paradigm Oral Surgery in East Windsor is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will provide concierge-level service to patients and referring offices, greet visitors, answer calls, and schedule appointments to maximize provider time and patient satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience; dental terminology knowledge is welcome but not required.

The role of the Scheduling Coordinator is critical in providing exceptional patient care resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.
