Paradigm Oral Health in Utah is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our in-office team in South Jordan and Lehi. This full-time, Monday–Friday role focuses on delivering concierge-level service, managing patient flow, and coordinating appointments to maximize provider time and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, familiarity with dental terminology, and strong organizational skills.

The role of the Scheduling Coordinator is critical in providing exceptional patient care resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.
