Salary: $24 - $28 per hour

With your exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating schedules, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of their schedules and any changes that may occur. This position requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

1. Developing and maintaining schedules for all healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient scheduling and optimal use of resources.
3. Updating schedules in a timely manner to reflect changes, such as staff absences, shift changes, or additional shifts.
4. Communicating schedule changes to all relevant staff and departments promptly and clearly.
5. Collaborating with management to identify and address scheduling issues, such as conflicts or shortages.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all schedules and changes.
7. Assisting in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Participating in regular meetings with management and staff to discuss scheduling needs and issues.

Qualifications
