Job description

As a Scheduling Coordinator in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for medical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that all scheduling needs are met and that patient care is never compromised.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or scheduling role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Experience with scheduling software and electronic medical records
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
