Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations, scheduling, or workforce management with people management.
• Experience leading process-improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-assisted or automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop the scheduling continuity team with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day rescheduling, using coverage staff to recover disrupted sessions.
• Own process implementation, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement across service lines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, People & Culture, and Ops teams.
• Monitor metrics, build dashboards, set targets, and drive corrective action.
