Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Center Operations to oversee day-to-day center operations, scheduling, and client session coordination. You will support front desk activities, safety procedures, and regional coordination to ensure services run smoothly.

The role reports to the Territory Manager and requires hands-on leadership, organizational excellence, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high-quality care and operations across centers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; an Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of office management or coordination experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
• Experience with scheduling and operational oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite center operations to optimize staffing and utilization.
• Coordinate daily and weekly staff coverage and handle cancellations.
• Update client appointments with corporate operations teams.
• Provide day-of support to fill coverage gaps.
• Manage center IT equipment and tablet logistics.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on Salesforce, CentralReach, and Vonage.
• Oversee facility opening/closing and supply management.
• Act as safety officer and update policies with HR and Compliance.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment campaigns, and center tours.
• Promote Intercare brand through client-facing displays and center aesthetics.
