Senior BD Lead | Metric DCX | Scheduling – Data Centers

We are seeking a Scheduling Consultant to support data center project teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. This is a client‑facing consulting role for a detail‑oriented professional with strong scheduling expertise and experience supporting complex, fast‑paced projects.

Base Pay Range: $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data center construction schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Establish schedule baselines, milestones, and critical paths
• Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify risks or delays
• Prepare schedule reports and present updates to client stakeholders
• Support schedule recovery planning and what‑if analysis
• Collaborate with project controls, cost, and construction teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling
• Experience supporting data center or mission‑critical facilities preferred
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
