Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Compliance Manager in California to drive Predictive Scheduling (Fair Work Week) compliance across the enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams with HR, Legal, Operations, IT, Payroll, and vendor partners to implement scalable scheduling standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with a focus on enterprise rollout, governance, and field adoption across multiple jurisdictions.
The Scheduling Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing complex, cross-functional Human Resources initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, associate experience, and business transformation. This role works closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-impact projects across areas.The Scheduling Compliance Manager is responsible for Predictive Scheduling (Fair Work Week) compliance, leading enterprise rollout and sustainment of requirements.
*Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates
Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
