Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Compliance Manager to lead the enterprise program for Predictive Scheduling (Fair Work Week) compliance.

This role partners with HR, Operations, Legal, IT, Payroll, and external partners to translate regulations into scalable HR processes and documentation. You will drive governance, training, and field adoption, monitor compliance through data and audits, and ensure timely updates across jurisdictions as laws evolve, maintaining a focus on

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience with increasing management responsibility.
  • Experience in retail/hospitality environment preferred.
  • Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program for Predictive Scheduling compliance, including enterprise rollout and sustainment.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into scalable HR programs and standards.

Summary of Job Description:The Scheduling Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing complex, cross-functional Human Resources initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, associate experience, and business transformation. This role works closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-impact projects across areas. The Scheduling Compliance Manager is responsible for Predictive Scheduling (Fair Work Week) compliance, leading enterprise rollout and sustainment of requirements.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for end-to-end program for Predictive Scheduling (Fair Work Week) compliance, leading enterprise rollout and sustainment of requirements supported by the Legion workforce system.
