As a Scheduling Assistant on our Site Inspection team, you will assist our customers by providing award-winning service and coordinating with our technicians to measure and inspect their homes prior to installation. Our call center team works with customers in all of our established markets, giving you the opportunity to work with homeowners just down the street or across the country!

About the Role
In this position, you will:
Scheduling measure/inspection appointments with customers prior to product install date
Managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
Coordinate many different calendars to best utilize technicians' availability
Operate within our internal CRM to track appointments and monitor status
Key Qualifications
Evening and weekend availability
The scheduled shifts will be 2pm - 10pm Monday-Thursday and 12p-8pm on Saturdays
Prior scheduling or dispatch experience preferred
Prior customer service experience required
Strongand clear communication skills
Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
Consistent and reliable performance
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficient knowledge of general technology and computer applications
