Role Overview: As a Scheduling Assistant on our Site Inspection team, you will assist customers by providing excellent service and coordinating with technicians to schedule measurements and inspections prior to installation. Our call center team supports customers across various markets, offering you the opportunity to work with homeowners both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling measurement/inspection appointments with customers before installation
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinating technicians' schedules to optimize appointments
  • Using our CRM to track and monitor appointments

Qualifications:

  • Availability during evenings and weekends (Shifts: 2pm-10pm Mon-Thu, 12pm-8pm Sat)
  • Prior scheduling or dispatch experience preferred
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable performance and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with technology and computer applications
