The ideal candidate has 3+ years in routing/logistics, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS software, and is prepared to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to establish, implement, and optimize daily inspector route structures and dispatch plans.
• Utilize route optimization software and analytical data to drive operational efficiencies and communicate schedule updates.
• Direct and manage daily routing activities within time, cost, quality, and resource constraints.
• Perform periodic data management reviews and route assessments to identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
• Act as a primary point of contact for inspector concerns, disputes, and complaints, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Partner cross-functionally across all levels of OPENLANE to promote teamwork and field participation.
