Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Scheduling and Logistics Specialist to optimize inspector routing and dispatch plans from a remote work environment. You will analyze routes, coordinate with Dispatch Teams, Field Managers, and Field Inspectors to improve efficiency and balance workloads across locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in routing and logistics, strong data analytics skills, and proficiency with GIS and route optimization software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in routing, logistics, or operational scheduling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and route optimization/GIS software.
• Ability to work full-time remote shift hours and travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Create daily inspector schedules and dispatch plans.
• Apply route optimization tools to balance workloads.
• Collaborate with Dispatch Teams, Field Managers, and Field Inspectors.
• Manage inspector workflows across field locations and resolve scheduling issues.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve routing efficiency.
