St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a patient services specialist to support checkout, coordinate follow-up appointments, and handle precertifications and referrals. You will collect co-pays and balances daily, answer questions, and ensure accurate patient instructions for procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior experience in a medical office or hospital setting; a compassionate approach and strong attention to detail are essential in our team environment.
