St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Liaison to initiate patient flow and ensure compliant operations with managed care contracts and CMS regulations. The role conducts face-to-face patient interviews to achieve clinical outcomes and maintain charge integrity within the revenue cycle.

The position emphasizes teamwork with the healthcare team, adherence to policies, and a patient-centered approach consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Acts as a patient liaison upon arrival to initiate patient flow and operations necessary to comply with managed care contracts and CMS regulations.
• Conducts face to face interview with patient to achieve successful clinical outcome and maintain charge integrity in clinically driven revenue cycle.
• Processes patient accounts in accordance with the departmental and institutional policies and procedures.
• Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
