Stancil Services seeks a skilled Scheduler to oversee scheduling operations for a construction phase, coordinating inspections, locates, and EPOs. You will act as primary liaison to field teams and customers, ensure job readiness, and support the Assistant Coordinator with coaching and oversight.

Qualifications

  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • Strong scheduling or operations background preferred.
  • Proficient in BOLT, Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and manages scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs for assigned construction phase.
  • Serves as primary liaison to field teams and customers for scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Provides coaching, training, and oversight for assigned Assistant Coordinator.
  • Coordinates daily and weekly workflow to ensure timelines and job readiness.
  • Confirms job-readiness with customers and internal systems.
  • Escalates operational issues or delays to supervisor with proposed solutions.
  • Supports scheduling activities in BOLT, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Utilizes Power BI dashboards for workflow visibility and reporting.
  • Maintains documentation, schedules, and records in SharePoint and/or other systems.
  • Provides backup support across other phases as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOBThe Scheduler is responsible for overseeing scheduling operations for a specific construction phase (Slab, Rough, or Trim). This role ensures effective coordination of scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs. The Lead is also responsible for supporting and mentoring the Assistant Coordinator, managing communication with customers and field staff, and resolving conflicts.
