Providence PACE is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to pick up and deliver geriatric and mobility-impaired participants in various vehicles, ensuring comfort and safety. The role supports the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly by facilitating participation in clinics and home visits.
The position requires defensive driving and passenger assistance training within 3 months, along with proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and at least 5 years of driving experience.
$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited PACE participants to and from their destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon the individual geriatric participants' needs.

Pay Range: $21.30 - $31.54. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
