Responsibilities

• The Scheduler schedules patients for outpatient diagnostic testing and/or surgical procedures for Norton Medical Group patients.
• The individual instructs doctor’s office and/or patients regarding pre-procedure clinical preparations, as required, and obtains basic demographic and insurance coverage information.
• Obtains and processes orders through our EPIC electronic health record or other methods as necessary.
• Responsible for reviewing orders to ensure all information is complete and meets the criteria.

Qualifications
