Michels Power, Inc. in Uniontown, OH is hiring a Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for our construction teams, applying sequencing and forecasting to support field execution.

You will work with project and site teams, bringing strong scheduling skills, critical thinking, and clear communication to help leadership make better decisions. A Bachelor's degree in PM/Construction/Engineering or 1-3 years with Primavera P6 and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant scheduling experience is preferred.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, your role goes far beyond creating Gantt charts and producing reports. We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction, eager to understand how work actually gets built, and excited to work alongside project and site teams. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules while applying construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make better decisions. Success in this role comes from combining strong scheduling skills with curiosity, critical thinking, communication, and a desire to add real value to field execution.

What It Takes

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering , or a related field -or an equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of relevant experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25%
