Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to help build and maintain schedules for complex electrical infrastructure projects. You will work with project and site teams to understand how work is built, sequencing, and forecasting, applying construction knowledge to improve field execution and project outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong scheduling skills, critical thinking, and clear communication. Travel up to 25% is required; a bachelor’s degree in PM/CM/Engineering or related field, plus 1–3

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable vehicle type and travel.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, your role goes far beyond creating Gantt charts and producing reports. We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction, eager to understand how work actually gets built, and excited to work alongside project and site teams. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules while applying construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make better decisions. Success in this role comes from combining strong scheduling skills with curiosity, critical thinking, communication, and a desire to add real value to field execution.

What It Takes

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field -or an equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of relevant experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25%
