Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler for our Itasca, TX and Midland, TX projects. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, applying construction knowledge to sequence work and forecast outcomes.

This role supports field teams and aims to optimize project delivery. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management (or related) and 1–3 years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel up to 25%.

As a Scheduler, your role goes far beyond creating Gantt charts and producing reports. We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction, eager to understand how work actually gets built, and excited to work alongside project and site teams. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules while applying construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make better decisions. What It Takes

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field —or an equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of relevant experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel up to 25%
