Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for our Itasca, TX and Midland, TX projects. The role emphasizes understanding how work is built and collaborating with project and site teams to add real value to field execution.

You will apply Primavera P6 and MS Office to produce realistic schedules, support forecasting, and help teams make informed decisions. A degree or equivalent experience plus up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, your role goes far beyond creating Gantt charts and producing reports. We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction, eager to understand how work actually gets built, and excited to work alongside project and site teams. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules while applying construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make better decisions.
