Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Scheduler to join our global project and cost management team. You will build schedules for complex projects, assign ownership via WBS, and ensure alignment with contracts and procurement strategies.

You will engage with partners to negotiate timelines, provide updates, and review external schedules for best practices. Interviews can be in person or virtually; salary range is $84,000 to $112,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Growth in planning and scheduling skills with exposure to project controls.
• Experience with Primavera P6 for building schedules.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via WBS methodology.
• Ensure schedule alignment with contract, procurement and project control plans.
• Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates to reflect changes.
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure for review at various levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies between key partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
• Review external schedules to ensure best practices are followed.
