Job summary

Quotient is seeking a detailed Project Scheduler to support complex government and defense programs. The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, earned value management, and DCMA standards compliance.

Responsibilities include analyzing weekly updates, maintaining WBS/IMS integration, developing dashboards with Power BI, and coordinating with program managers and engineers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience with weekly schedule updates using Primavera P6.
• Understanding of schedule interdependencies and WBS.
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience developing schedules following GAO best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Census suitability clearance.

• Support stakeholders with navigation, status updates, reporting needs, and troubleshooting related to schedule tools.
• Maintain schedules that adhere to project WBS structures, interdependencies, and IMS integration requirements
• Prepare andsubmit weekly status reports, deliverables, and schedule change request tracking.
• Ensure schedules meet GAO and DCMA criteria, flag issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in producing dashboards, extracts, and Power BI schedule reporting.
• Participate in schedule status meetings and IMS discussions with project teams.
• Support documentation of schedule processes, SOPs, and training materials.
• Comply with federal security, training, remote access, and data stewardship guidelines.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to support complex government and defense-related programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling methodologies, earned value management, and compliance with DCMA standards. This role requires close coordination with program managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure accurate planning and execution of project timelines.

• Maintain schedules that adhere to project WBS structures, interdependencies, and IMS integration requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Census suitability clearance.
