Scheduler at Old Tesson Surgery Center

This Full‑Time Scheduler position requires weekdays only—no holidays or weekends.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Scheduler maintains the daily surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing, problem solving, and ensuring high levels of customer service in coordination with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and Operating Room staff.
