McLaren Health Care is seeking a patient service representative to set up exams and manage patient interactions. You will handle incoming calls, verify patient and insurance information, and schedule exams/tests while delivering quality customer service.
Responsibilities include updating patient records, educating patients on preparations, and ensuring compliance with site protocols. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and preferably health-care experience.

Sets up exams, procedures and tests for patients; handles customer service inquiries. Ensures the smooth operation by obtaining accurate and complete patient and insurance information.
