Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our team and provide scheduling services for clients. The successful candidate will update and maintain the construction schedule, coordinating inputs and delivering status reports.

The role requires 3–5 years of scheduling experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Primavera P6, with a focus on integrating contractor schedules within the program suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of applicable experience in construction scheduling and project controls.
• Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports.
• Develop and maintain the construction schedule with integration to program schedules.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to project teams and contractors regarding schedule tracking.
• Support the team in probabilistic and critical path analysis of schedules.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable and maintain schedule integrity.

Job Description

Turner & Townsendis looking for aConstruction Schedulerto join ourteam to provide scheduling services to our clients. The ideal individual will have a good understanding of the project control’s function and will be primarily responsible for updating andmaintainingthe construction schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports asrequired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Implementprojectplanning &scheduling strategy,plansand procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles,responsibilitiesand expectations.
• Promote andmaintainthe overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite of project schedules.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractorsregardingthe tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
• Support theprojectteam in the implementation of an integrated enterprise based cross functional and EPC master schedule program.
• Preparingstaffing,engineering andconstruction progress and customized reports.
• Performcriticalpathanalysis.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying,engineeringor field related to construction.
• Minimum3-5 years of applicable experience
• Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining ofprojectschedules,with experience incriticalpathanalysis.
• Experience with scheduling andriskanalysis programs such as Primavera P6.
• Strong communicationskills.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $80K-$125K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
