MediLodge of Monroe is seeking a Scheduler (CNA) to manage nursing staff schedules and ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements. The role is on-site and full-time, with duties centered on staffing coverage to meet resident care needs.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and roughly one year of long-term care experience, CNA preferred. The position supports a collaborative team approach within MediLodge and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: effective communication with residents and family, accuracy and attention to detail, organization to meet deadlines, computer operation skills, knowledge of overtime regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develops and posts work schedules at least two weeks prior schedule start.
• Contacts replacement personnel and modifies schedule when required.
• Maintains a current listing of employee contact numbers for call-in.
• Coordinates time off requests with the Director of Nursing.
• Notifies Director of Nursing of short staffing situations.
• Maintains a record of employees that miss shifts, and produces reports.
• Coordinates with Director of Nursing to secure contract labor when required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Summary:
The Scheduler is a CNA who is responsible for scheduling nursing staff to meet facility and state and federal requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• One year of experience in long term care, C.N.A. preferred.

Job Functions:
