  • Monitors and classifies shortages accurately, developing processes to prevent them.
  • Fully understands and interprets cabinet installation guidelines.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, facilitating interaction with multiple departments and customers.
  • Continuously reviews company processes to identify new efficiencies and develop proactive strategies.

JOB SUMMARY The Scheduler is responsible for managing schedules provided by builders and ensuring that our schedules accurately reflect those of our customers. This role involves coordinating with customers and coworkers to ensure that installations are dispatched on the correct dates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
