Ward Electric Company, Inc, is currently hiring a full-time, team-oriented Scheduler/Administrative Assistant.The successful candidate will work out of the company’s Denver office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Assist Project Manager with special projects
-Assist with daily data entry of hours and tasks completed
-Data collection for prospective projects
-Complete project progress reports as required
-Assist in the project close-out
Requirements:
-Knowledge or experience within the trade, is preferred, but not required
-Detail oriented and highly organized
-Ability to work in an office environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a must
-Requires analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, is required
-Experience with reviewing, editing, and updating PDF and/or KMZ files
-Willing to work in a team environment
-Must pass a drug test and background check
-Maintain a positive and professional image when representing Ward Electric
-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
-Proactive with an ability to work independently
-Flexibility, decisiveness, practical learning, detail consciousness, dependability, responsibility, and conflict resolution are required
