Job summary

Central Magnetic Imaging North is seeking an MRI Scheduler/Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter prescriptions in the ADS system, schedule patient appointments, and manage communications with patients, doctors, attorneys, and insurers.

You will verify information, screen for MRI safety, and support marketing and departmental goals in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

• Accurately enter all prescriptions into the ADS referral system.
• Contact patients to schedule appointments and enter appointment details into the ADS scheduler.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with doctors’ offices, attorneys, and workers’ compensation companies to obtain patient and referral information.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry.
• Review and verify all received information, with special attention to prescription and insurance details.
• Respond promptly to emails, messages, and other communications.
• Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Representative to achieve departmental goals and resolve issues efficiently.
• Screen patients for potential contraindications and ensure MRI procedures can be performed safely.
• Confirm next-day appointments as needed.
