Walbridge is seeking a highly motivated Scheduler to support our business goals and those of our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with construction and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project schedules, update them at various milestones, and provide regular progress reports to key team members.

Location: You can be based anywhere in the US, with willingness to travel extensively to client projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with project teams to plan and schedule projects from conceptual phases through construction.
• Resource Management: Manage schedule logic, constraints, activity durations, and resource availability; evaluate design changes and delays; communicate updates.
• Risk Management: Assess impacts of schedule changes and communicate findings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with project stakeholders, attend meetings, and present reports.
• Performance Monitoring: Track progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure sequencing accuracy and integrate detailed fragments.
• Process Improvement: Seek innovative ways to optimize workflows and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related scheduling experience.
• Experience managing schedules for projects over $50M in sectors like construction, utilities, communication, or energy.
• Proficiency in schedule data management and reporting.
• Valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel 70+% of the time.

• Experience with Microsoft Project, P6, Bluebeam.
