Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a dedicated staffing coordinator for our Ridgely Nursing Department. You will manage overall staffing to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance, handling PTO, call-ins, and census-driven adjustments.

The role requires an LPN, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred CPR certification. You will also assist with Central Supply duties and collaborate with leadership to meet daily needs on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
• LPN required.
• Will also assist with Central Supply Duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations to maintain excellent resident care.
• Staffing includes scheduling PTO, call-ins, and staff reductions as census changes, requiring strong phone etiquette and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task staffing related to resident census which can change quickly day-to-day.
• Scheduling position will be on call at times, as determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator.

How you Will make a difference
