Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to support our warehouse operations. This role is critical in managing daily shipment schedules, maintaining real-time data accuracy, and ensuring that outbound and inbound shipments are aligned with operational goals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, tech-savvy, and excels at communication and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and track outbound loads and inbound cross-docks to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
• Maintain the Cross Dock spreadsheet with accurate and up-to-date information
• Utilize internal tools such as QAD, Logi Flow, and the EMEA Tracker to manage order flow and shipment documentation
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to internal departments and external stakeholders
• Create manual and automated load numbers using shipment documents (PO, ASN, container number)
• Verify physical shipment status on the warehouse floor to prevent discrepancies or missed loads
• Report issues such as damaged batteries or missed pickups and escalate appropriately
• Collaborate with warehouse managers, department heads, and fulfillment centers to coordinate delivery appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Support ongoing audits and process updates as needed
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and documentation compliance
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or a warehouse operations role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/scheduling systems (QAD or Logi Flow preferred)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment

• Hourly Pay: $18.00
