Position Title: Scheduler
Reports to: Business Development and Staffing Manager
Location: Nashville, TN (position is subject to change)
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: : Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Scheduler to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville, TN. The location for this position is subject to change. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop, review, and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for vertical and horizontal construction projects in support of USACE.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments, time impact analysis (TIA), and delay evaluations.
- Review contractor baseline and progress schedules for logic, sequencing, and compliance with USACE requirements.
- Monitor schedule performance, generate periodic reports, and make recommendations to mitigate schedule slippage.
- Provide technical input during project planning, procurement, and execution phases, ensuring schedule alignment with project milestones.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Security Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.
This position requires passing an extensive background check.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, including 2+ years with federal or USACE projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with USACE scheduling specifications and the UFGS 01 32 01.00 10 standard.
- Strong understanding of CPM principles, time impact analysis, and earned value management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prepare clear schedule narratives and reports.
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
- Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
