Job summary

Consertus is seeking an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Nashville, TN. You will join a project controls team to develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate phasing with stakeholders, and deliver timely schedule updates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen. Certifications like PSP or PMI-SP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required.
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in transportation, aviation, or vertical construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects.
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports.
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks.
• Review and analyze contractors' baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals.
• Prepare schedule reports for management.

About this Role:

Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.
