Job summary

Actalent seeks a Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical and data center facilities. You will partner with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to develop and maintain schedules that drive execution from planning through completion.

Key duties include developing and maintaining schedules with Primavera P6, tracking progress, identifying risks, and producing updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is a plus.

Work Environment & Travel

This role combines office-based work with regular field visits to active construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and construction environments, including occasional exposure to varying weather conditions during site visits.

Travel is required and may include assignments supporting projects in locations such as Kansas City, MO; Bowling Green, OH; Charlotte, NC; El Paso, TX; Nashville, TN; and Atlanta, GA. Projects are typically long-term and may last 2-3 years. Travel expenses, project relocation costs, per diem, and periodic trips home are provided in accordance with company travel policies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
