Job summary

Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging LLC, is seeking a full-time, float (variable shift) Scheduler to join Southern Colorado’s premier imaging team. The role schedules patient exams, performs clerical duties, and upholds our core values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills; medical administration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required; medical terminology knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient exams accurately and efficiently to expedite patient care.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties.

Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging, LLC currently has a full time, float (variable shift) Schedulerposition available.

As a PENRAD Imaging Scheduler you will utilize your expertise to:

• Expedite patient care by scheduling patient exams accurately and efficiently,
• Perform a variety of clerical duties,
• Demonstrate PENRAD Imaging’s core values at all times to patients and coworkers: Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence

Qualified Applicants will require:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in Medical Administrative field - preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated mastery of basic medical terminology to explain preps to patients
