Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering, construction mgmt or related field required.
• MS degree preferred.
• 2+ years scheduling, project controls, or project engineering experience on construction or capital projects required.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong CPM logic, quantity-loading, and schedule project development fundamentals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Experience with schedule analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM logic-based, quantity-loaded schedules in Primavera P6.
• Interpret contract documents to apply scheduling obligations.
• Attend and co-lead meetings for status updates and planning changes.
• Update schedules weekly to bi-weekly with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for schedule data.
• Support WBS development and activity coding aligned with standards.
• Produce schedule status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Monitor baselines and milestones; identify variances.
• Assist with what-if analyses and time impact analyses.
• Analyze float paths and support process improvements.
• Learn and apply EVM principles in schedule assessments.
• Other duties as assigned.
