Job summary

AmeriCorps is looking for members in South Carolina to serve as Community Health Workers (CHWs) within the SCFCA program. This role involves enhancing health outcomes through effective health coaching and managing a caseload of clients to improve access to health services.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Kershaw County prior to the start of the program year.

• U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident. DACA recipients are ineligible.
