Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Scenic Painter in Wisconsin Dells to bring our themed resorts, waterparks, and attractions to life. Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply finishes with care to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

You will join a leadership team that values collaboration and service, and you will use HVLP sprayers and a range of coatings to achieve consistent results. The role requires five years of production painting experience and physical stamina to work

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience as a production painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting equipment and mixing paint products.
• Ability to do physical work; stand, lift, repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix paint components to balance shade.
• Prepare surfaces, parts and materials by cleaning, sanding and light body work.
• Spray paint signage and items with polyurethane paints using HVLP sprayers.
• Proficient in HVLP wet coat paint systems for industrial coatings.
• Paint intricate surfaces and large parts; use ladders/walk boards.
• Ensure paint runs, sags, debris or defects are avoided; apply coats evenly.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
