Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is hiring a Waterpark Maintenance Painter to prep and paint waterpark areas and assist with small maintenance tasks. You will join a leadership team focused on our Lead with Love Promise and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include painting, area prep, equipment maintenance, and ensuring waterparks stay well-kept for guests across indoor and outdoor facilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
Knowledge of painting equipment and mixing paint products.
Knowledge of waterpark maintenance and its day-to-day functions within a resort is helpful.
Desire to continually learn and improve.
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

Prepping areas to be painted prior to painting areas.
Use painter’s plastic to cover areas that shouldn’t get paint.
Paint intricate surfaces and small/large parts, sometimes using a ladder or walk board.
Maintain all equipment in clean, working condition per manufacturer programs.
Keep waterpark maintained so guests are not inconvenienced by repairs.
Ensure cleanliness of all pools for indoor and outdoor waterparks.
