Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions seeks a Theme Shop Director in Wisconsin Dells to lead a team of artists and fabricators, managing a busy production schedule and ensuring projects meet specifications and safety standards.

You will guide design, creation, and installation of themed environments across multiple resort properties, collaborating with owners, internal teams, and vendors to deliver imaginative, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative fabrication teams.
• Hands-on fabrication knowledge and math skills.
• Strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house Theme Shop team across signage, theming, fabrication and creative needs.
• Oversee production from concept to installation including schedules and material sourcing.
• Mentor up to 25 artists and craftsmen and run project priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to realize renovations and new projects.
• Maintain safe shop environment following PPE and safety standards.
