Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Facilities Painter to mix, match, and apply paint across interior and exterior surfaces, perform caulking, and coordinate large painting projects. You will lead with our Promise, delivering a clean, polished and welcoming environment for guests and associates while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Exhibits excellent knowledge of painting materials and how to select, mix and apply them.
• Experience patching holes in EIFS is a plus.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of work safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint to drywall surfaces, doors, and cabinets.
• Calculate material quantities for painting projects.
• Remove fixtures prior to painting and prepare surfaces.
• Clean up after completion, including equipment.
• Operate spray guns for large jobs.
