In short, our Lead Educator will ensure children are engaged, safe, and thriving in their early educational journey.**Summary and Responsibilities**We are looking for an Lead Educator to act as CSI’s newest team member. This person will be responsible for:* Helping children discover new interests through day-to-day lessons, activities, and social interactions.* Developing and encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic skills and concepts, such as communication, manners, and sharing.* Modeling strong communication skills including grammar, enunciation, and developing language skills* Keeping daily records related to the care and progress of each child.* Providing direct supervision and ensuring safety and engagement during activities and outings.* Communicating effectively with parents, sharing information, discussing concerns, and facilitating conferences.* Maintaining a safe, structured, and organized learning environment.**Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role?
