MetroSys, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Senior SCCM Patch Management Consultant to assess and modernize an enterprise patch program across Windows and Linux. You will act as SME for Microsoft SCCM, evaluating current architecture, deployment methods, and compliance controls.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr in enterprise settings.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Familiarity with banking and PCI compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing SCCM environment and enterprise patch‑management process.
• Review SCCM architecture, site configuration, distribution points, Software Update Points, WSUS integration, client health, boundaries and collections.
• Evaluate existing ADRs, device collections, maintenance windows and reboot policies for improvements.
• Assess Windows Server and endpoint patching processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and implement SCCM automation to reduce manual patch‑management activities.
• Create or improve patch‑management dashboards, reports, KPIs and audit documentation.
• Define a prioritized SCCM and patch‑management improvement roadmap.
