Job summary

Inserso Corporation seeks an ESTOM Technical Team Lead in Chandler, AZ to provide 24x7 IT operations support for government customers. You will lead a team focused on patching, deployment, monitoring, and security tools, delivering high-quality, repeatable IT services.

You will drive O&M processes, manage MECM/WSUS/Intune and security tooling, maintain SLAs, and mentor analysts. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS verification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, MIS or a similar field.
• Five or more years of directly related IT work with progressive responsibility.
• Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Five years in senior Tools Administration and/or Information Security roles.
• Experience with MECM/MCM/SCCM and WSUS; exposure to Intune.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESTOM infrastructure teams across monitoring, patch management, deployment, and security tools.
• Administer operations for enterprise security, patching, and monitoring tools.
• Provide status reports and escalation to customer and senior management.
• Direct multi-project initiatives from concept to completion.
• Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes.
